Program Description
Our CrossFit Kids Class is designed for children ages 9-12, introducing them to the fundamentals of fitness in a fun and engaging environment. Through age-appropriate games, activities, and exercises, they’ll build strength, coordination, agility, and a lifelong love of movement.
