Since becoming a member 6 months ago I was able to drop from 13% body fat to 7%. I went from 210lbs to 187lbs while gaining more muscle. This place is incredible with an attentive and highly knowledgeable staff that continuously pushes you towards your goals.
This is the best gym that I have ever belonged to. The community and coaches are unmatched. Whatever your goal is, getting stronger, losing weight, making new friends, improving recovery, and/or nutrition this gym has it all. Not to mention the SPA SERVICES! You'll never be bored with your fitness routine here.
A fantastic group of coaches, nutritionists and PT specialists that have your best self in mind. Every workout is able to be modified, and every member is welcoming and encouraging. RF will challenge you daily and you will leave each workout looking forward to your next.
